Purchase Plans and Associated Terms

ShipCommerce offers different purchase options (the “Plans”) for access to the Product. The following descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. The binding scope of each Plan is as presented on the Site at the time of purchase. These terms supplement and form part of the Terms of Service.

Starter Plan: Price ($199)

The Starter Plan includes:

  • access to the full source code of the Product;
  • access to all features available at the time of purchase;
  • access to documentation and related materials.

Updates and Support: You receive the version of the Product available at the time of purchase only. No access to future updates, upgrades, improvements, or newly released features is included. No email support or direct assistance is provided.

Professional Plan: Price ($399)

The Professional Plan includes:

  • access to the full source code of the Product;
  • access to all features available at the time of purchase;
  • access to documentation and related materials;
  • access to updates, improvements, and new features released during a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase;
  • access to email support directly related to the Product for a period of six (6) months.

Updates and Support: Provided for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. Updates are delivered through the Repository (e.g., GitHub or similar platform). After this period, access to updates is no longer included and may require a new purchase or upgrade. Support is limited to critical technical issues directly related to the core functionality of the provided codebase to the Product code itself. Support does not include custom development, deployment assistance, implementation guidance, or general programming support.

Lifetime Plan: Price ($599)

The Lifetime Plan includes:

  • access to the full source code of the Product;
  • access to all features available at the time of purchase;
  • access to documentation and related materials;
  • access to updates, improvements, and new features for the lifetime of the Product;
  • priority email support;
  • priority consideration for feature requests.

Updates and Support: You receive updates, improvements, and new features for as long as the Product is actively maintained by ShipCommerce. Updates are delivered through the Repository (e.g., GitHub or similar platform). ShipCommerce does not guarantee perpetual availability of updates. Priority email support is provided for issues related to the Product. Priority support means requests may be handled with priority, without guarantee response or resolution times.

General Conditions Applicable to All Plans

All Plans are provided on a one-time payment basis, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to the Product is subject to the License granted under the Terms of Service. Updates, improvements, bug fixes, and patches are provided at ShipCommerce’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe. ShipCommerce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the Product, stop providing updates, or modify the development roadmap at any time, without prior notice or liability. Features, scope, and availability of Plans may change over time, but such changes will not affect purchases already completed. Any additional features, services, or upgrades may be offered separately and may require additional payment.

General Support Conditions

All support, where applicable, is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. ShipCommerce does not guarantee:

  • response times;
  • resolution of all issues;
  • availability of continuous or ongoing support.

Support Limitations: Support is strictly limited to the Product as provided and does not include:

  • custom feature development or modifications;
  • third-party integrations, including debugging or compatibility issues;
  • server, hosting, infrastructure, or deployment configuration;
  • assistance with external tools, libraries, or environments;
  • general programming, consulting, or advisory services.

Any services outside the scope of standard support may be offered separately at ShipCommerce’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees. ShipCommerce does not guarantee backward compatibility of updates with your modified versions of the Product.
